LODGING REQUIREMENTS:

Proof of Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella(canine) vaccines, plus a negative fecal test MUST BE PROVIDED AT OR BEFORE CHECK-IN.  If your pet needs any of these services completed for lodging, we will schedule you into the next available appointment spot with one of our veterinarians.  This way we can have a complete and thorough conversation with you about you pet's health and well being.

Our patients receive priority reservations on a first come basis.  Please call early for holiday and summer lodging as these spots fill up quickly.

Basic lodging charges begin with the day of drop-off and continue through day of pick-up. If your pet goes home before noon on the last day, you will not be charged for that day.  We DO NOT have Sunday Drop-off or Pick-up.

48 hours advance notice required for cancellations.

You will receive an additional charge for the following services:

  • Elimination of external and internal parasites if present (flea, ticks, hookworms, whipworms, etc.)
  • Administration of medication (yours or ours).
  • Emergency veterinary care if your pet becomes ill.
  • Grooming by technicians.
  • Complete physical exam and vaccinations if your pet is not current at the time of lodging.

WHAT TO BRING?

We will provide your dog or cat with fresh clean bedding, appropriate toys if they are interested, fresh water, and a healthy diet.  If you prefer your own food to be fed, please bring it along.  Otherwise, for your pet's safety, please leave all other personal belongings at home. You will be asked to take your carrier and leash with you and bring it when you return.  Please consult us for what to bring for exotic pets.

If you have any questions, please ask. Have a safe trip!

ANIMALS WILL BE RELEASED ONLY DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS.  THEY WILL NOT BE RELEASED DURING EMERGENCY SERVICE HOURS, DURING AFTER HOURS CARE, OR ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF THERE SHOULD BE ANY NEED FOR EMERGENCY SURGERY OR MEDICAL TREATMENT WHILE ANIMALS ARE IN THE HOSPITAL AS A LODGER, WE WILL PERFORM SUCH SURGERY AND/OR TREATMENT.  PAYMENT FOR ALL SERVICES RENDERED MUST BE MADE AT DISCHARGE.
